The AI Layer
The core AI capability is an intelligent documentation and treatment orchestration layer. Rather than doctors manually filling forms after each patient interaction, the AI extracts structured clinical data from inputs, auto-populates treatment records, and flags missing or inconsistent information before it creates downstream errors in billing or lab orders.
A treatment state agent monitors patient progress across the full dental treatment lifecycle, from initial scan through aligner fitting to post-treatment review, automatically advancing states, triggering notifications, and escalating exceptions that require manual clinician review.
